As a child, Irini’s mom encouraged her to grow roses from stems. The elders showed her to grow her own rose bush from a single stem. “A single thought can turn anything simple into something so full of possibilities”.
While gathering, the Greek grandmas would share their secrets amongst one another. The notion continued, a lightbulb of creativity; Irini would make her own rose water, fragrant tinctures, hair and face masks.
